ABSTRACT

The COVID-19 pandemic, which began in December 2019, has brought huge changes to people's lives. In terms of tourism, the prevention and control measures taken to stop the spread of the epidemic have led to a decline in the number of global trips, and the development of the tourism economy has entered a trough. The economic losses caused by the tourism industry and its corresponding service industry need to be resolved urgently. At the same time, with the development of artificial intelligence, virtual reality and other technologies, the concept of smart tourism was proposed. Based on this, we put forward a website platform model for tourists to inquire about tourism, which takes Wudang Mountain as an example and uses artificial intelligence as technical support. This platform model can meet the needs of users to carry out cloud tour of scenic spots online and enjoy scenic spots without leaving home. It can also conduct intelligent query of offline scenic spots, including route customization, ticket ordering, scenic spot recommendation and many other contents, to meet the various needs of tourists. In addition, the highlight of the platform model is the guide assistant that can conduct dialogues. Based on artificial intelligence technology, it can solve users' specific problems and give feasible solutions in the process of dialogues with users. © 2023 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020, the epidemic has gradually become normalized. This has affected all sectors in China, especially tourism, which has been hit hard. Many travelling sites have to close, making it difficult to make a living. This paper studies Wulong Karst scenic spot by case study method and SWOT analysis method, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to the existing problems of this scenic spot, so that Wulong Karst scenic spot, as a world natural heritage, can better maintain sustainable development under the background of the epidemic. ABSTRACT

This paper expounds the application and exploration of smart tourism in Daqing under the development of big data technology and the situation of COVID-19. Through the association rules mining, we build Daqing's global tourism data platform and realize intelligent tourism. Combined with the epidemic situation, the digital anti epidemic exploration of Daqing cultural and tourism scenic spot is carried out. Under the guidance of association rule mining and learning, the integration support of each association system is carried out to improve the confidence, so as to establish an all-round, integrated and intelligent smart tourism pattern. © 2022 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

Aiming at the problem of long queuing temperature and low efficiency during the period of COVID-19, an intelligent temperature measurement and access control system is designed. It is widely used in enterprises, institutions, scenic spots, commercial areas and other places with large traffic volume. The main control system adopts stm32f407zgt6 embedded chip, hc-sr501 human body infrared sensor is sensitive to human body proximity, and starts the temperature measurement system. Using hc-sr04 ultrasonic sensor to measure people's height and adjust the height of mlx9064esf temperature probe, the system has the characteristics of efficient real-time temperature monitoring, and improves the detection efficiency in places with large flow of people. The experimental results show that the system has good practical application effect. © 2022 IEEE
